A private collection of 15 luxury villas for sale in Tamariu, one of the most exclusive residential areas of Costa Brava, Spain.
This new residential development is located in a privileged Mediterranean setting surrounded by pine forests and close to the crystal-clear coves of Tamariu. The project combines contemporary architecture, privacy, and high-end living on the Costa Brava.
The development includes:
• 7 detached luxury villas
• 8 semi-detached villas
• Built areas from 437 m² to 600 m²
• Private plots up to 2,500 m²
• Prices starting from €2,200,000
The first phase has been completed. The second phase is currently under construction.
Each villa is designed to integrate with the natural landscape of Tamariu, offering spacious interiors, large terraces, private gardens, and a premium residential environment. The properties are ideal as primary residences, second homes on the Costa Brava, or long-term investment in Spanish prime real estate.
Tamariu is considered one of the most sought-after coastal enclaves in Catalonia, known for its privacy, Mediterranean lifestyle, and proximity to the sea. This limited collection of only 15 villas represents a rare opportunity to acquire a newly built luxury property in Costa Brava.
Tamariu beach holds Blue Flag certification, recognising its exceptional water quality and environmental standards — one of many reasons this village attracts discerning buyers from across Europe and beyond.
