Who we are

This page is operated by VivendaNova, the trading name of Grupo PriveCom Soluciones, S.L. (NIF B09958307), a real estate agency working on the Costa Brava, Spain. Registered address: Calle Anselm Clavé 63, Local 2, 17300 Blanes, Girona, Spain. For anything relating to your personal data you can write to info@vivendanova.com or call (+34) 600 620 806.

What we collect

  • What you send us in a form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, preferred language, and your preferred day and time for a viewing.
  • Which offer you responded to — the presentation, the specification, a private video tour, a call back or a question about the area — and which part of the page you asked from, so we know what to send you and what you were looking at.
  • Where you came from: the campaign parameters in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, fbclid) and the address of the page you were on.
  • How the page was used, if you accepted cookies: pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks and similar technical data (browser, device type, approximate location from your IP address).

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To answer you and arrange a viewing — on the basis of your request and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To send you the brochure and information about this and similar properties — on the basis of the consent you give when ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To measure our advertising and show our properties to people with similar interests — only if you accept cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To meet our legal obligations as an estate agency, including anti-money-laundering checks if a transaction goes ahead (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Who else sees your data

  • Formspree — the service that delivers the form submissions to our inbox.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — for advertising measurement and audiences, if you accepted cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymous page-usage analytics, if you accepted cookies.
  • Our lawyer, notary and bank — only if you decide to proceed with a purchase, and only what is needed for it.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about a property, and for up to three years after our last contact, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. If a purchase goes ahead, transaction records are kept for the period required by Spanish law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Cookies and tracking

Nothing that tracks you is loaded on this site until you press Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no Meta Pixel and no analytics are loaded at all.

  • Meta Pixel — measures which advertisement brought you here and whether you requested a brochure, a video tour or a viewing, and allows us to show our properties to similar audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Microsoft Clarity — shows us anonymously how the page is used, so we can improve it.
  • A single local setting stores your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to info@vivendanova.com and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
